This is hands down the best eyeliner I’ve ever used. The angled felt tip applicator makes it easy to draw precise lines whether I’m going for a subtle look or a bold wing. I can make a very clean wing that looks identical on both eyes, which is no small feat! The liquid formula dries quickly and once it sets, it doesn’t budge. No smudging, no running. My eyes are very sensitive and tend to tear up with most eyeliners, but this formula is incredibly gentle and long-lasting. Even on tear-prone days, it stays put and looks fresh. It’s waterproof, smudge-proof, and truly longwearing. I’ve finally said goodbye to raccoon eyes and constant touch-ups. If you struggle with sensitive eyes or want a liner that performs all day, this one is a game-changer.

This is my new holy grail pen eyeliner. I've been using the Sephora Colorful Wink-It Felt Tip Liquid Eyeliner - Waterproof in Black for years but at Cdn$19 a shot, it's hard to justify. Generally speaking I'm not a fan of Revlon cosmetics but after reading some positive Amazon reviews about the liner, I thought that for under Cdn$12...why not? I LUV the slant tip! My cat eye skills were ok before but looked more like distant cousins than twins. With the slant tip, they're almost twins and match up much better. The ink is a rich black, lasts all day with no flaking or smearing, dries quickly, and goes right to the tip with no skipping, which is super important to me. Nothing irks me more than when the ink in a pen eyeliner doesn't go right down to the tip. Highly recommend and will definitely repurchase.

Love this! Applies easily and gives a perfect wing look. It lasts all day and doesn’t smudge, even when I apply eye drops multiple times. Definitely waterproof but it comes off easily with makeup remover and a cotton swab. I’ve learned if you hold a dampened cotton swab with makeup remover on for a few seconds and then wipe across your eyes, it comes off really easily.

Smooth- mature skin approved! I've spend a great deal on many brands, some extremely expensive, and none have delivered this quality. I'm placing a second order today so I have a spare.

Very rarely do I write reviews, but this eyeliner just amazes me. It’s the easiest application I’ve ever tried and I’ve tried everything! I have poor dexterity, but this chisel-tip applicator makes everything so smooth and easy. The eyeliner itself lasts throughout my California summer days of 95+ degree weather and you’re able to layer it on without flaking the rest off. Once you let the liquid dry, it doesn’t smudge. I’m just impressed by how easy to use this is.
