Item was as advertised. Arrived on time in excellent condition.Nice basic set of scratchboard/sgrafitto tools. Quality appears solid. The small cutter tools are basically like special shaped dip pen nibs but with shapes to assist a scraping type of mark making. There is a red handle (nib holder) for each tool. Set made in the UK.

Does the job, can be inter mixed for awesome effects

Wish I had read a few more reviews. These were recommended by an instructor of block printing to carve on the pink rubber stamps. I'll give them a try. But had I seen them in person I would definitely have passed them up.

The plastic handles are very poor quality, cheap. I had to scrape the flashing off. As for the scrapers, they are also poor. The #3 is more like a cutter, not a good one. There's one that looks like a blade, totally useless. The rake is uneven but somewhat useful. The last 2 pointed tips are ok, not great. Save your money. Total disappointment.

I am a bit disappointed in these I've been looking for new and inventive ways to bring my art to life as I do these engraving arts all the time . I do use the the engraving art tools that come with them so when I saw that they had something new I was excited and couldn't wait for the tools to arrive but, when they did I tried them out and they really did not meet up to the standards at all. One tool in the whole set barley cuts but ,still leaves to much black residue behind so you can't really see the silver or gold clearly even after wiping the residue off. The others you just have to dig until it comes off. The original tools do a much better job than these do in my opinion . I bought the set made for the engraving art and they work great and I'm very pleased and happy with them. I get straight beautiful lines no black resdue after scraping.

Pretty much exactly what I expected, these are plastic handles with separate blades that you push in. They feel quite flimsy but have held up surprisingly well after a month of use. Not good for any kind of heavy duty use but fine for detailing.

Ich mach schon seit vielen Jahren Kratzbilder. Die Qualität der mitgelieferten Kratzeer wird immer schlechter, daher hab ich dieses Set ausprobiert und bin begeistert.
