Good customer service!
Great customer service! I lost the keys and they quickly replaced them for me at no cost! Battery lasts for a long time and has plenty of power. Easy to install and was an easy and better replacement for my previous battery.

DANGEROUS
DANGEROUS 1st battery didn’t work but melted the plastic casing, new plate sent out and I had to swap them over….. battery with new plate only arrived today and not yet plugged into anything, we had only just swapped the plates over when it self combusted, not plugged into anything and it caught fire, luckily we were home…..NOT SAFE

Bought two of these now.
Rating is for the product as delivered and charged, not used on the bike yet. Delivered within 3 days and I'm not a Prime account. Usb b port ( protected by rubber cover ) and lock on left side, power switch and charging port on right side. Mount plate has two visible slots for mounting to frame and two more slots underneath the bottom half , accessible by removing 3 small Philips type screws. Comes with 2 5mm hex bolts and two rubber frame mounts. Note the battery health indicator only works if the battery is switched on. Comes flat , charging time was 3h 15minutes give or take 5 minutes. Length when battery is mounted on the plate is 37cm with the distance to the lowest 'hidden' mounting slot being 3.5cm.
