Can you use this for straight hair as well?

I cannot see why not. It is a spray leave in conditioner so it should be fine. I think if you have hair that is dry it would be helpful but maybe start by using it in the ends so you don’t get too much weight at your roots (if that’s an issue for you)

Can this be used in between washes on dry hair?

Yes, I have wavy dry hair, I really like the Noughty products.

I have fine flat hair....will this weigh it down?

No, unfortunately not. It softens it to get the brush through but does not detangle knotted hair. I still pulled out clumps of hair from knots after using it on several occasions. Hope this helps.
