Love this plant based calcium. I've had no problems with it. Citracal caused me issues. The seller is great, fast shipment and is a quality product. I will continue to purchase this one.

Finally, an affordable plant-based supplement for strengthening bones with the needed ingredients.
I am on my second bottle of these and I, too, was having a hard time swallowing the pills. I discovered that if I put the pill on my tongue and then flooded my mouth with water, that the pill went down without my even feeling it. I encourage people to try this, because it really has solved the problem for me and the dread of taking them. I wanted to stay with this brand due to the ingredients and the amounts included. I won't know about my Dexa Scan for another year, but am optimistic about an improvement, along with lots of kale and exercise. Appreciate the price also.

Large pills.
Like the calcium tablets. I'm on chemo and thay have helped keep my calcium level up. Have to warn you though. They are as big as your thumb and if your mouth decides your not going to swallow them that day, you probably wont.

Better this in capsules instead tablets
I took these pills a while ago and stopped. They are a good quality but they have huge tablets. Why other GAIA supplements are in capsules? Why they can't do Calcium in capsules too?
