Hi someone said they took 25 capsules of these for a few weeks is that dangerous or helpful ?

I’m pretty sure that’s what Dr. Christopher recommends as part of their yeast protocol on their website, but you could Google the article on their website to be safe. They also recommend taking certain enzymes to avoid nausea from taking so many and taking a few other things for the complete protocol.
