I purchased this maca powder hoping for a boost in energy and wellness benefits, but my experience has been disappointing. The item arrived with damaged packaging, and most of the powder had spilled out, creating a mess. On top of that, the taste was noticeably different from other maca powders I’ve tried – almost stale or off, which made me question its quality. While I understand issues can happen during shipping, the taste and overall experience didn’t meet my expectations.

Red Maca Powder from Sunfood is a great product. I don't love the earthy flavor, but I understand the value of adding Red Maca Powder to my diet. It has helped me with perimenopausal symptoms, and I will continue to use it. I just put it in water and drink it like a shot. Sometimes I add black seed oil and honey with the powder for antioxidants and weight loss. I will continue to use this supplement while I am trying to balance hormones.

I love maca powder, especially the red. It gives me energy to get through my day. I have it in my smoothies in the morning. I cannot find it locally in any stores.

I like it but it seems milder than reviews indicated. A teaspoon is like a cup of coffee. No noted mood modification. I have only had it a week so maybe time will help.

I was worried about the taste, but to me it tastes very good and I think the smell is absolutely wonderful. I mix it in milk, with or without protein powder and I think it makes the milk taste better. I don't have a health problem I am using it for, but it has either a positive effect or no effect at all. I have been feeling about the same or better.
