Inspired Comforts Mastectomy Recovery Tank Top with Drain Pocket & Snap-Access

I bought this shirt for a family member after a mastectomy. She had not been told about post-mastectomy clothing and was very thankful for the product. She was able to easily get the shirt on and off and having the inside pockets to hold the JP drains was a relief.

Purchased 2 of these for use after my bilateral mastectomy. The fabric is soft and very comfortable on the skin. Pockets are large enough to push the tags on my drains low enough to not irritate my skin. I love that I can unsnap the tops to provide easy access to wrap my chest an not have to worry about how to support the drains. Snaps are solid and easy to snap/unsnap. Highly recommend!

This works great. The material could have been a little softer, but my skin was extra sensitive after surgery. The only real downside for me is that it runs a little small. I normally wear a 3x, but I also like my shirts to be a little loose. If a 4x was available, I would have exchanged for the bigger size. Don’t get me wrong, the 3x still fit, but I would have been a little more comfortable in the next size up. To help, I am 5’6”, 290 lbs and wear 20/22 pant. Most of my weight is in the stomach area, which is why I like my tops to be a little looser.

Wore this home after my mastectomy. It was really nice to have a change in pace from the button ups.

This top made my recovery so much easier, I had 3 drains on for over a month and having this top to hold on to the drains and the snaps are super useful too. Definitely recommend this top for anyone having a mastectomy or shoulder surgery. Seems pricey but well spent money.

This item was designed w good ideas in mind but it fits way to big around arm openings and neck line even on second snap. Better fit after a wash but the material along the sides is bulky and uncomfortable along your arm. Snaps are to small and hard to put together. The pouches are a tight fit. Needs ironing. Designs looks good on model but it fits awkward. Needs bigger snaps, bigger pouches, smaller arm openings, and better quality materials. Nice try.

This tank top was so helpful after breast cancer surgery. I chose to wear it with a few snaps open on each side for easy access to drains. It’s cotton and breathable, with four drain bulb pockets. I wore a long sleeve tshirt over this tank until my drains were removed. I was covered and comfortable, and my drain bulbs and tubes were safely tucked away, keeping them clean and out of the way from being snagged. There were only 3-4 items that I would repurchase or recommend to someone undergoing breast or abdominal surgery and this tank is one of them. Order a size up since it can shrink if dried in the dryer.

Its very soft material, easy to wear. Has snap closures on both sides plus shoulders. Four pockets inside the front of the camisole for drains. I am happy with the product, although it is a little bit larger than it should be. I ordered size medium and it was more like XL, so exchanged it for small and its more like M-L.
