I'm new to having nice wooden boards and my board was looking sooooooo dry since day 1, I thought I just bought a bad board. I recently learned that you're supposed to oil them & was recommended this product. It worked great! I did a round with generous amount of mineral oil and let it sit overnight, then put on this company's conditioner. My husband came in and said "wow, that looks like a completely different board!" It was very easy to apply, no odor, great price and essential for nice wooden cutting boards.

Great product works well on wood cutting board

I use this mineral oil on all my wood cutting boards and butcher blocks. It’s food-grade and completely tasteless, which is exactly what you want. It penetrates deep into the wood grain to prevent drying and cracking, and it gives the wood a rich, renewed look. I’ve found that a light coat every few weeks keeps the boards from absorbing food odors and juices. It’s also great for conditioning wooden tool handles in the shop. A simple, effective product that does exactly what it's supposed to.

Great stuff but if on a budget just buy food safe mineral oil much cheaper and same product. Great for cuttingboard and charcuterie boards.

This Wood Cutting Board Mineral Oil by Howard Products works excellently for restoring and protecting my mom's large, circular, wooden cutting board she received as a gift from her dad (effectively my grandfather). My mom's board was previously warping and was actually becoming concave since she kept soaking it in water. I let it dry for a few days which helped with the concaving. After applying the mineral oil generously, the cutting board's appearance immediately improved from a light tannish brown to a very dark brown with hints of red, a look I haven't remembered seeing in my lifetime of her using the board. The oil is easy to apply with a brush (for getting the oil into those small cracks) or a sponge (for quick spreading and coverage) and leaves behind no sticky residue and even eliminated the funky smell from having soaked the cutting board for days.

Very light weight and goes on easy with cotton cloth to rub in. Start with a little on board and rub in to absorption. A little goes a long way. Worked great on teak board in picture. Tried on a bamboo and other wood display board and felt those were not really absorbing the oil like the Teak. I think they may have had some finish or the pores were closed and may need a light sand to open up then apply oil. This bottle will probably last a very long time since so little is needed.

It's the best mineral oil for getting shiny, glowing skin. Absolutely love it. Better then any baby oil or other mineral oils I've tried, by a long shot. Skin looks so glossy and smooth. Ugh. Yes please.

Very good product. A little goes a long way. Treats wooden kitchen boards with plenty of TLC and brings them up like new. So easy to use. I usually prop up my treated boards so the oil can freely soak in overnight.
