Immediately after starting a daily dose of the Coenzyme Q10, I have more energy during workouts, the treadmill is no longer the dreadmill. I have a 25% EF (congestive heart failure). Hoping taking this will help improve my EF (can't take beta-blockers because of severe allergic reaction). Next echo is in November; feeling better, not expecting a miracle, but hoping to see some improvement. Update: EF is now over 30% Nov 2018. Not scientific, but the extra energy this has given me during workouts lead to consistent daily exercise and is what has likely improved my heart function. An hour a day on the treadmill is no problem and 20 minutes was before.

All of the gels were misshapen and at least 30-50 were **clumped together**!!
