I love all the technical words and concepts they introduce
My 3 year old son loves these books! I love all the technical words and concepts they introduce. There is so much to talk about during or after reading them. They are fun and educational. I purchased both "Oh Say Can You Say What's the Weather Today" and "There is No Place Like Space."

Awesome kids series
I love all the Learning Library CitH books. I homeschool and have a handful of kids 7 and under. These are perfect for elementary age level and I plan on adding to our collection. So far we have 7 of the books from this series.This book is enjoyable and filled with facts and bright pictures just like the others. It’s a perfect introductory to all things weather. So much info to to encourage questions and thoughts about weather topics, which ultimately makes kids want to do more in-depth learning on specific topics of their choice.

Wondeful Book
I bought this for one of my grand daughters for her 4th birthday. It reads like the Dr Seuss books I remember reading to my sons when they were young. The illustrations are also very good. The book is written at a level that will both entertain and teach a younger child (I think maybe 3.5 to perhaps 6 years old). The science was good though not detailed (what started this was a question from my granddaughter about a weather item and I quickly realized that not only was my answer boring but way over her head. This book had excellent (and well deserved) reviews and better answering her questions.I highly recommend this book.
