We got this to help our toddler sleep and it has helped, which we are grateful for. It isn't perfect but it is much better. We originally got the set of three Sleep Time Essential Oils from Kidsafe, which was Nighty Night, Sweet Dreams and Sweet Slumber. They came in smaller bottles and were each 1/3 oz. We liked this one the best, Sweet Slumber so when we repurchased we got the big bottle of this scent and I am grateful we did. We use it every night in a diffuser in his room and purchasing the bigger bottle saved us some money.

This is a repeat purchase for me. It is used in kids rooms in a small night light diffuser. I don't use it often enough, but do notice that on particularly tough kid days (over tired, stressed, emotional, etc) it does take the edge off, allows them to calm & let go. I feel like they have better quality sleep for longer. Yep, recommended. Yep, I will get it again.

I bought this for my children's diffuser. The last essential oil scent that I used was very overwhelming and made it hard for them to sleep. This one is perfect. It has a light, but preferable smell. It relaxes my children and lets them sleep easily. Last a long time and only a few drops needed.

I absolutely love this product for my kids. help them calm their minds so they finally get to sleep no more restlessness no more fighting them to go to bed at a decent time.

This is the holy grail of all remedies to get your child to sleep!
