Cora Period Menstrual Cramp Period Balm - Soothe Cramps for up to 8 Hours

This arrived about 30 mins ago, and oh my gosh it’s incredible! Day 2 of my period which is slightly better than day 1 but still bad. I just got home after this was delivered and immediately tried it out. Within 10-15 mins, it feels like I have a heat patch or heating pad on! I tried it on my belly and my back, and do feel it significantly more on my back, but it is definitely doing what it says it does. I’m a huge fan of the Rael heat patches but ran out, and am not disappointed at how much this feels like a heat patch. It smells great, is easy to apply; I’m so happy!

Man I truly think this product will work differently for everyone. For me it heats up instantly within 3 mins it’s at its highest temperature and feels so soothing.I rub it on my lower abdomen and my lower back whenever I’m cramping. It’s so crazy how it works it’s definitely a internal heat, your skin temperature doesn’t change.I want to say it last about 10 mins at the highest temperature and slowly goes away also depending on how much you are massaging into your skin. This stuff really does work. Also I love the scent very relaxing.

This is an interesting product. It is a smooth balm consistency when you apply it. It has an herbal scent, but nothing strong. It's easy to apply. No stickiness or weird feeling on the skin or on my clothes it touched. It does work, but be careful. I'm not sure exactly how this works or what makes it heat up. But I have a theory that it somehow draws on heat from your body or around your body. Because I applied this maybe 20 minutes before I had to leave to pick my son up from school. I sit in the car pick up line for about 40 minutes from the time I get in line to the time my son gets in the car. It was a warm day, almost 80 degrees out. So the car was warm. Normally that's fine I sit with the windows down and it's not too bad. But where i put the balm this day got super hot. It felt as if I had a heating pad on high sitting on my abdomen and back. Except since this wasn't a heating pad I couldn't turn it down or get away from the heat. If I touched my skin it didn't feel any warmer than the rest of my body, but man did it feel like it was burning. By the time I got home it was very uncomfortable. It did cool down or wear off once I got home though. The thing is if I use it inside it almost comes and goes with a little warmth. So I'm not sure what made it go crazy in the car, but I will not be using it under those circumstances again. So, while this does work it's mostly not a strong heat and not something that I felt like got hot except in the car, and that was too hot. I can't say I recommend it for pain relief because it was either not warm enough to feel much or so hot it was extremely uncomfortable. The heat, when it did heat up in the car, lasted about an hour before it faded out at home. I'm gonna keep trying to figure this product out. But, it just know it does get very hot under certain circumstances so be careful.

I bought this because I’m tired of carrying a heating pad or a cordless one even to work on days I am menstruating but I tested it at home first. I put some one and then some more ten minutes later thinking it wasn’t working and let me tell you that was the first mistake! It actually got so hot I started shedding clothes and then trying to rub it off. So yes it does work just give it 15 minutes or so before applying more!!! Love ❤️ it

I loved the packaging, scent, and thickness of this product. It felt very high quality. I used this while on my cycle. It did not help me with my cramps. Also, it really itched my skin. Especially when I combined the heat patch with the balm. I recommend trying it for yourself. Getting relief from period cramps so so important so try it for yourself!

I wanted to like this product because my cramping gets really bad, and i loved the packaging look and ingredients listed. I put the balm on plus the heating pad on top this morning before school and felt no difference or lessening of my pain throughout the day. The only reason the heating pad stuck on was because i placed it directly on my skin beneath my underwear, forcing it in place. The balm literally did nothing! No warm sensation or anything. I wanted to like this, but unfortunately was a waste 😔

I received just balm without patch unfortunately :(I'm a long time fan of Cora Heating Patches and order them regularly and they help tremendously! However, I can't say the same about this balm. It doesn't warm up at all and I'm not sure if it even does anything to relieve pain. I will keep using it and will update if I notice some changes with it, for now the only thing I can notice with it is its smell which is okay I guess, nothing overpowering or anything.

I didn’t expect this to really feel much different than a normal icy hot type product, but this felt just like a real heating pad! I’m amazed and can’t imagine going forward without it. It’s good on sore muscles too. And the smell is so relaxing.
