These are much more convenient than using the powder form of FOS, but ultimately much more expensive because the tablets are full of binders and fillers to form a tablet. If convenience is what you want, then look no further because these tablets are an easy way to add FOS to your diet. You will need to buy 2 to 4 bottles to get a one month supply due to serving size.
