Just FYI: To my knowledge the answer is no. But, if anyone is allergic to nut oils, their derivatives, or other things, Griot's does offer an ingredient list on their website. Just scroll down to the bottom of the page on the item you're looking for and click on "regulatory" then click on "ingredient list".

Q: How does it compare against meguiar's ultimate quik spray wax?

I have used both and prefer this . Much "thicker" or wax like quality. On a black car which is always a bit harder Griot never once streaked. It also is large bottle that has a very good sprayer and leaves a very smooth finish. I like Mcquires, but do see a step up with this. I think the premium price is worth it but I can say if price wasn't an issue this wins hands down

Q: Will this work well on a car with black paint or would I be better looking for a black wax elsewhere?

I have used both Mcquires black wax and Turtle wax black spray wax, both are fine. Thanks s however if your car is in good shape and you want the best spray wax this is it. Way easier to use , never streaks even on black car.

Q: can I spray it over a sealant and when the car is DRY

This product works better when the car is wet. You can spray it over any kind of wax/sealant. I would recommend using Speed Shine or some other instant shine product on a dry vehicle.
