Perfect size and perfect weight
Fantastic. I have been waiting for a knife this good to be within a decent price range. Forget the German and Japanese brands. This is a Brazilian masterpiece. Anyone who spends a lot of time in the kitchen will fall in love with this product.

Métal de qualité moyenne
Il y a couteau et couteau...Alors il coupe c'est ce qu'on lui demande. Le tranchant est plutôt bon mais métal plutôt tendre qui a besoin d'être affuté assez régulièrement même dans une utilisation normale. Le fil étant assez fragile, il fait rapidement des dentelures (morfil). Au final, après des mois d'utilisation, le métal n'est pas d'une qualité folle...J'aurais dû recommander du vrai Sabatier fait chez Sheffield, beaucoup plus cher mais perenne et n'ont jamais fait de Morfil ni de dentelures. Pour info, J'utilise un affuteur Zwilling d'excellente qualité que je recommande.

製造時に刃の歪みが取り切れてない。
鋼材の質、斬れ味は十分ですが、刃の歪みが取り切れてません。 普通に野菜を切るとかくらいなら気になりませんが、思い切り薄くスライスしたい時とかにこの精度の悪さが覿面に出ます。 私はドイツはヴォストフ(ドライザッククラシック)の同サイズの牛刀も使用していますが、こちらは値段が3倍するのもあって高い精度で作られてます。 まぁ、25cm牛刀として1万円でこの造りなら頑張ってるんだろうなとは思いますけど、やはりブラジル製なのか雑に作られてるなという感じです。
