Are there any balcawa i can buy that dont fog up prescription glasses?

Looking for one too -- best option I've found so far is to also use a pair of ski goggles over glasses.

Can i keep the head on while I show my face?

The fabric that covers your nose and mouth is breathable, so you can breathe.

I wear extra large hat, should it fit comfortable?

I wear the same and the balaclava fit me well..

Would I be able to use this in Alaska?

I am not sure, I used it on a motorcycle at a out 34-40 deg F and it worked very well.
