Seems to work good. Can upset stomach if I don't take on an empty stomach or even with enough food. Does not seem like a piece of cheese and a cracker is enough, I need a full meal to take this without stomach upset. But otherwise, seems to be an effective supplement. Much stronger than other zinc supplements I have tried. I feel like this is something I only need to take every 2-3 days.
