Will it kill also for squirrel ?

Yes and it will then kill anything else that either eats it or the dead squirrel. I wanted to poision my squirrels but didn't use poision because I didn't want to kill my neighbor's Golden Retriever or the Deer, Turkeys and other wildlife that come by to visit. I shoot them with a 22.

Can i just set it out on the deck rail for them to eat?

NO, make a bait station out of a plastic gatorade jug or similar. wire it down or zip tie it to something sturdy. hole will be too small for cats or dogs. NEVER put anywhere a child could access product.

wil it kill possum and racoon?

I have not used this bait for possums Or raccoons but am very familiar with product and ingredients, and it will kill small animals.

Does this one kill voles or should I get the gopher product?

Bait blocks didn't work

The mice ate the blocks but didn't die. They ate about 4-5 blocks over about a week, but they didn't die and are still alive and healthy.
