Clears the mind
I use it in a diffuser sometimes throughout the night too. Lovely smell that fills the room. Cedarwood is good for mental focus and clear thinking. I do notice the difference when using it. I realize the aroma is appropriate for me right now and if the smell gets too strong than I won't need it anymore. Young Living is a high quality brand and I'm happy with this product.
