FL350 Blue Pulse Oximeter with Carrying Case, Lanyard & Batteries

Works great

I really like this oximeter. I bought it because it has a pleth reading. An SpO2% reading is meaningless without a strong pleth. This was the only one I could find that had 1) a pleth reading 2) a carrying case & 3) was reasonably priced. I also appreciate that the readout reorients to whichever way it is tilted towards the user -- neat feature. It also comes with a lanyard which is nice for folks who like to carry it around with them. I purchased mine to have on hand for emergencies so this was not as important to me.

Great little pulse ox! I bought it to use as a nurse when I travel to locations without one. I love that it has the waveform so you can tell if it's reading accurately, and as a former cardiac nurse I want to see those regular waveforms! While I haven't seen afib with it yet, I'm sure it could be identified by someone skilled. Sometimes finger movements flip the screen and you have to tilt it a few times to get it back to the display mode you want, but it's no different than a cell phone. I would highly recommend it! The case and lanyard are a nice touch.

Pros works as designed easy to use, AA x 2 powered accurate pulse low cost Cons minus a star because: a tad less sensitive compared to the doctors office. I switched it from finger to finger, hand to hand, both oximeters running simultaneously, it would read 0-3 counts less than the docs oximeter, both were consistent and steady, and the docs always read higher. It can still be used confidently but I'll take it once in a while to the docs office to confirm the readings the clip is a bit loose, the docs machine has a firm comforting grip on my finger but this clip will fall off if you don't stay still

Works like it should and keep it in my pocket at all times to check my oxygen due to copd issues

I bought this because I wanted a way to monitor O2 saturation at home, as one of the common presentations of COVID19 is silent hypoxemia. I chose this one primarily because it has a plethysmograph display, which helps me assess the quality of the pulse-oximeter reading. It came with a pair of AAA batteries to power it, as well as a lanyard-type ribbon and a carrying pouch. Instruction do say it's not intended for medical use, but I was able to get fairly predictable and clinically appropriate readings from it on my first use, with breath holding I was able to lower the SpO2 to around 88-89% before I couldn't hold my breath any longer (from resting 98% on room air). It's another tool in my first-aid kit to obtain objective data, and I would recommend it for any other clinicians looking for a personal carry-able tool. Price-point is a little high in my opinion, but not unreasonable.

This product is accurate. I've tested it against another pulse oximeter and my watch (for the pulse). It's very clear to read. I especially love that when you turn your finger, the digital screen moves so that you always can read it in any position you leave the finger. Amazing! I would recommend to anyone, especially during the pandemic when you should have these devices in case you get sick!

I bought this when my daughter's tonsils were making it difficult to breathe, so I could check her saturated O2 levels. This instrument is easy to use, and my 11 yr old can easily use it. The numbers are easy to read and are always the right direction to read as the readout will flip the correct direction. The background is a good contrast. As a former EMR, I believe this monitor is quite accurate.
