Its the Abu Garcia famous Ambassadeur series. You love it or hate it. This one is cheaper with allot of flat plastic, never the less the action is thight. But again, you don't need my review. You already bought it or you will never buy this.

A couple weeks before his birthday his reel on his surf rod clunked out, let's just say the brand of that reel sounds like "PASSING" So his ready to fish rod was out of commission. I got bought him this and it matches his rod color wise. So far I only casted it once and it's smooth as heck! I mean I am sure there are better ones out there but for the price I don't think you can beat the performance. I am used to the smaller low profile bait casters so I can't really say about the feel of this one overall for me it's too big but then again that's because it's my first time using one of these round ones. If you're looking to buy whether it be a temporary skill based or permanent use I say go for it, the price is right and I am sure as hell you probably got a red and black rod and this thing matches it haha
