The boxes I received have NO ENGLISH on them, so I had to look online to find the instructions again. I have a front load HE washer and still unsure where to put the Calgon TABLETS. I have put them inside washer and in the “drawer” as it indicates online. We have exceptionally hard water and our softener system goes out often. Calgon tablets are working! I know this product from Europe and I know it works amazing.You dont need to clean your washer separately and still to have residues,this one you yse with loads and they are clean and hygiene and your washer is clean.Mine even started to sound like new.It is a bit expensive and I hope to find it in a lower price,but I really Recommend it!!!

I live on a farm, use well water. Need water.softner for laundry. Why can't I get good water softner in the U.S. Not everyone lives in a city with good water. Another way rural america is ignored.

Nice product, but it doesn’t dissolve well.

I was skeptical about these tablets as they are quite expensive. But I have been pleasantly surprised by the results. Washing really does seem to come out softer and after a month of use I was blown away by what came out of the drain plug at the bottom of my machine Solid limescale that had softened a little, literally came out and there was so much if it. I will continue to use these tablets as they must be a huge benefit to my washing machine. Highly recommend!
