Good price, sore on knees.
Works very well. Sore on knees. I put a pair of socks over each loop to soften the impact on my knees. Use it for my bust too via arm pushes. VERY HARD TO DO but getting better each session.

reasonably priced
Very versitile - not only for thighs. good quality and resistence. I have just purchased the device and already see my muscles benefiting! Highly recommended - you do not have to purchase those expensive ones. I had a thigh toner some years ago and gave it away, Iwish I hadn't.......

Not the easiest thing to use
It's a strange looking piece of kit. Not the easiest thing to get the hang of and not sure how effective it will be as not used it regularly. Once in position it does provide resistance so might see a difference with regular use.

It is ok but not great.
Bought this for my wife but decided to give it a try myself since I had a serious leg injury earlier in the year and I need to re-build the strength on my right leg. It does apply some resistance but feels slightly cheap. The plastic bends too easily even with hand to hand pressure and sometimes I fear it might snap and hurt me. It works but could do better with an upgrade on the material.

Totally crap!
Flimsy bending out of shape when it moves . Looks like it won’t last long . There’s alot of rubbish been sold on Amazon in 2025 .

Ok to move yourself a bit...
Bought on a whim remembering when I had one years ago. It won't make my thighs thin, it does move my legs and I could feel it the next day but really, it's a gimmick and I got got again. Walking and diet for me. However, if you want to feel like you are moving muscles and are less mobile then it could be useful for arm and thigh use sat down.
