Pretty good so far.
Pretty good so far just took first dose used black strap Molasses and it tasted palletable. The molasses is good for hormonal balance too. I was so CRAMPY couldn’t sleep. It eased off almost immediately and that’s a good sign because the insomnia has been real. I plan to add other herbs to this to enhance the astringent effects in two weeks. But I intend to update after 2 weeks use.
