If you want to drink as a tea or juice, you just put the whole fruit into the pot and boil for 10 to 15 mins, you can drink with honey either hot ot cold. If you want to use it for hair growth or addition to other costmestic ingredient for costmetic purpose, You will need to pond in a mortar to break down, then you blend to powder and mix for whatever purpose you have in mind, thanks for the inquiry
