cheaply made, not happy with product

Just got this and this is definitely a great hat for winter. I really like Ushankas and bought one off of ushanka.com (they carry really high quality ones) that was like $60 awhile back. I will admit it's warmer than this one, however this one is much nicer in that it has the clip plus a face cover. This one is definitely warm enough and the clip is a life saver. One of my pet peeves with hats is that when you go inside a building and take it off, you essentially have to either carry it around or find a place to stow it away. The clip completely eliminates that problem altogether, I can clip and hang it up nicely or I can clip it to my belt or really anything so that way I don't lose it + I don't have to carry it around in my hand. That alone is worth the money to me. And considering this is only $20 it's a really good buy compared to buying the other higher quality ones. Also the water resistance is really nice. A lot of the higher quality ushankas are made of thicker material but may not necessarily be water resistant (some are actually not even supposed to get wet at all, kind of defeats the purpose of a hat in my opinion) however this hat has not had any issues with water that I have seen. I wore it yesterday in the pouring rain and my head stayed dry and hat will not shrink. For the price tag and the quality this is a very good deal.My only thing I'll ding this hat on is the lack of custom size. I would prefer that they offer a "one size fits all size" plus let you customize the size assuming you know the size you want. However this thing fits my head perfectly fine. I just notice it's a bit looser than some other hats I have, but this is expected since they sell only the "one size fits all."
