I have used this product for years, since Mastering Diabetes book came out. Not sure if they have changed the formulation on this latest batch or what, but I can hardly tolerate the taste of the tea any more. Hopefully the 6 containers I ordered on Black Friday sale will be more the original taste. If the formulation was changed, please go back to original formula!

The ONLY PRODUCT IN DECADES to dramatically improve my lipids (i.e., cholesterol) bloodwork panel. Saw results after the first container. I dissolve it into water or in hot tea. On its own it tastes like a plant, but the results are worth it to me. Merely 8 oz/day - if you need it you can do it! I tried other gooseberry products; nothing else has the same impact.

My morning routine has improved since adding this to the mix. Just the thing to warm me up as I head to work and the days become cooler. Dissolves well and time will tell it if lives up the hype. My mental clartiy has improved and you definitely get 90 servings per container.

If you're allergic to caffeine, DONT TAKE IT.It send up my bp very high. Too much caffeine is in this product.

For me, this was a very expensive mistake. I could not get this to dissolve, and I'm also now convinced this also caused me diarrhea. The taste is off-putting. I've taken AMLA capsules with no side-effects, so not sure why this product would be any different. I think the precautionary (for me) would have been to carefully read :"Proprietary blend" So the 1000mg is misleading. IT DOES contian caffeine, so not sure why they advise taking it at night. All in all, I just simply gave up on this. The health benefits of Amla are outstanding, but the trick is finding the right one.
