I have already prepared 4 recipes out of it. The recipes are precise and the result is amazing 🧡Unlike the previous book Eclairs, the quantities of the ingredients are given in grams and they turn out great. I was a bit skeptical when buying it, because i already have the previous book about Eclairs written by Christophe Adam and that one was a very dissapointing book.But this one is just wow 🧡
