This cap goes on tight with only a quarter turn. My oem went a full rotation to secure. Is this correct for this cap?

The cap should install just like the original. You may have to modify it to fit.

Will this fit a 2006 suzuki gsxr 600 radiator?

The radiator cap fit my 2002 Suzuki DRZ. So check with a Suzuki dealer to see if the radiator cap for your bike cross references to my bike.

Will this cap create to much pressure causing seals or other components to fail

Had mine about a year on my bike. Have had no issues at all. I have overheated it more than once on tough dirt trails and it held fine, and it let me know to cool the bike. Should be just fine.

Does not fit KTM 500 EXC2022

I don't know if this cap works well or not but I had the same issue as other reviewers, once the bike warms up coolant comes out the overflow. Putting old cap on fixes this instantly.The cap screws on just fine and the temperature is clear to read so if it works on your vehicle it will probably be great.
