Does this come with funnels

Yes it comes with a funnel. Be warned though, the sprayer stopped working after the 5th refill.

Is the grid square design on both sides of the bottle or only front side?

On both sides. But be aware this bottle worked great foe one month and then stopped spraying.

How do you fill it ? Can you remove the top completely and empty perfume in it and can the top part be removed to full an atomizer

The top part unscrewed so you can fill it. It also came with a funnel to make it easy to fill.
