So these arrived 20 minutes ago. I've been wiggling about on the floor with one of these each side of my spine, rolling them up and down to get the knots out my back. Oh my goodness, it has helped the tension so much and I'm in quite a zoned out and relaxed state now. Husbands currently on the floor having a go now and the dog thinks he is hiding her ball under him ๐ But, amazing product, think we will be using regularly for muscle pain relief!
