This is an easy to read book with candid, useful thoughts on how to improve. That is, improve business results and improve one's self. Benioff shares his perspectives and experiences, including a few examples of matters he might have handled differently - in retrospect. A few specific messages emerged for me. First, businesses must have clear values and that creates trust with employees, customers, partners. Trust drives growth and success. Another key point: Understand the customer's problem, even the problem behind the problem, and focus on the solution.
