what is the actual count of live and active strain in the product ?

This probiotic isn't useless because of amount of bacteria within it. Bacteria multiply once they colonize. Too much could cause digestive discomfort.

Since there is a proprietary blend of 3 grasses, why is there no flavor?

How I notice the difference is drinking the probiotics with some water together, and then I drink just water. When you do that, you so notice that the water with the probiotics tastes a little like soil.

Do you reduce the effectiveness if you add to a hot liquid (coffee/tea/etc)?

I would not recommend adding to "hot" liquid though I would think they are heat resistant. These microbes are alive, wouldn't want to chance killing them with hot/boiling liquids. warm liquid would be ok.

Who can confirm that mary ruth's probiotic does have organic certification and what the 'operation' name would be, as should be listed online w/usda.
