lovely, collectable series
As I have said before, my grand daughter loves the Secret Princesses series, and is always interested and entertained by them. The books are easy to read, cleverly illustrated, and the stories are very appealing. These books are always welcomed as bedtime stories and for reading to herself, and they are a lovely, collectable series. Recommended.

Great Secret Princesses Book
Starlight Sleepover:Book 3 is the third book in the 'Secret Princesses' series, a land where friends who are far apart can be magically taken to the Wishing Star Palace via their enchanted pendants. This extraordinary land is filled with other Secret Princesses, and Charlotte and Mia join the ranks, making friends along the way. No fairy tale land is complete without the addition of an enemy, and this is no exception to the rule with the entrance of Princess Poison. In this edition of Secret Princesses, the girls are setting out to help a girl called Laura. She is at summer camp, and desperately wishing that she could enjoy herself, but is very homesick. Charlotte and Mia need to try and help Laura's wish come true, but Princess Poison is trying to thwart their attempts at every step of the way.The books combine both fantasy world, and real world scenes, and make for a heartwarming tale of friendship and love. My daughter has been reading these for several years now, and she devours them in one sitting as she finds them so gripping. I highly recommend them to children aged 6-10, approximately, who are confident readers and love a wholesome tale of good prevailing over evil.

Well written story, cute illustrations with a positive measge
My niece is an avid reader and at just turned 7 she's reading indepently every night as well as reading for the school library challenge and for homework. This is excellent but we do try and monitor the genres as being a good reader doesn't make her older than her years and so as a family we source books and guide her towards series and authors she will enjoy but that are suitable. (she's a touch young for jaqualine Wilson or July blume perhaps) she loves this type of book, it's positive, it has a good message and whilst they overcome some challenges (the mean Prince being the main one!) over all its a happy, well written story and I now need to go and buy the first two in the series for her ready for her finishing the last few pages of this one. When she's finished it completely I can add her comments as she's very keen on the idea of book reviewing.

Starlight Sleepover Book3 is another excellent read by Rosie Banks
Starlight Sleepover Book3 is another excellent read by Rosie Banks. My younger nieces love these books, so having these waiting for them when they visit is one sure way of keeping them happy. They love the story of the best friends brought together by a magic necklace and once again this story did not disappoint. This is a great read which the kids enjoyed, therefore, it is very easy for me to recommend to other younger readers.
