Shipping time was excellent and the pack is as described. What i didnt realize when i ordered it was that it does not have a chest strap. Can't dock it a star because i failed to notice that it did not have one. Took me 20 mins to sew one on so not a terrible thing. If they would add the chest strap, fit the side pouches a little tighter, & put tie downs on the top like on the bottom it would be the absolute perfect pack!! Other than those couple things it is a great pack and wears perfectly, especially since i put a chest strap on it. I would definitley buy this pack again and recommend the pack and the seller!!!
