Will this tint white eye brow hairs?

It's basically paint so yes it'll cover the white hairs. I'd put it on sparingly then use an eyebrow brush to soften it a bit and make it look more natural

Which is darker: brunette betty or dark drapes?

Dark drapes is darker from what I remember.

I use an oil cleanser followed by a regular cleanser. It works for me.

Yes it does provided you let it dry after thin coats

Lástima que ya en tienda esté descontinuada, al principio pensé que me había equivocado con el color pero luego de aplicarlo correctamente me dí cuenta que el color si estaba bien, dura muchísimo en la piel, debí haberlo conseguido antes para ir a la playa y así poder tener mis cejas siempre lindas aunque me metiese al agua. Igual estoy contenta para mis salidas a la alberca o para dias calurosos, mis cejas siempre lindas!! Lo recomiendo ampliamente
