London Jasmine Perfumed Talcum Powder - 250 g. 8.8 oz, Deodorizing Talc

I have searched high and low for pure, old fashioned talcum powder (like baby powder used to be before the cornstarch takeover) and discovered the Yardley of London perfumed talcs. After ordering the English Rose and English Lavender, I realized I wanted to get more of these - the quality of the talc and scents is well worth the price (you indeed get what you pay for!). This Jasmine scent, to me, is more like a clean honeysuckle. I have not smelled many jasmine products/perfumes, but that is what this reminds me of, sweet but gentle honeysuckle. Yardley talcs keep me dry and fresh-smelling all day, and in this 2026 heat, that's worth every penny! God bless!

When in vacation in Hawaii I bought some lovely jasmine scented toiletries, but was unable to find powder. This isn't the identical scent, but it's close enough. I like a good powder tin, and this one doesn't disappoint. Also I appreciate that it's true talcum powder, not cornstarch or another substitute.

It has a very light and refreshing jasmine fragrance. Good for all ages to use.

I received this powder today. I was trying to open it. And I just kept twisting it, because it comes in a can that is not how you open it, it's actually got a sticker on the top of it that you pull off, but before I realize that I had done pulled the thing off the whole little cap, it does snap back on. But just no to open it, peel the tape off. Okay, aside from that at first smell, it really to me. Smell like mint toothpaste at first.And I waited a few minutes, smelled it again, and you can actually smell the flowers in it. I put it on my body. You really smell the floral in it, and it's not like a soft flowing floral scent, no This is wow there's no denying, it's there. It's not bad I do kinda like it but it is not subtle. Is still in a way to me still smells like mint toothpaste, but the flowers is there would I buy again Maybe not, but I do think that I will try a different scent. The bam boom in your face smell. When you first use, it does not last long. Maybe 1520 minutes, and then it does start to calm down on your skin to where you can barely smell it within a couple of hours, even an hour, just depends on if you're sweating, if you're moving, whatever. I do like the fact that I've had it on now for a couple of hours and it smells nothing but flowey very flowery, and it's light, somebody standing beside me is probably not going to smell it now, but initially the neighbors probably smelled me. Overall, it's an okay product for me.I think I want to try a different scent and I like florals.I just wanna try something different.A different scent from this brand

I regularly order Sandalwood, may be 3rd-favorite of all varieties of Yardley talc (Gold smell reminds me of lime oil, fresh; the other household likes Gold too but Gentleman, in the black tin, is her fav.; good but strong.) I tried jasmine before, but this *Royal* Jasmine I like more, as it is even way better, like fresh plant leaves, maybe after a rain shower; so light, fresh, neutral, subtle; I cannot imagine anyone not liking it. (I also tried English rose was good, but the *Royal*Rose was the only variety I ever had allergic rxn to, like burning heat immediately; none of the other 8 or 9– and I tried them all, use tons, pits, neck, chest, feet, groin, 1 large 8 oz. can every week or 2, and she puts a bit around her bra straps). We *wish* they made a mandarin! Jasmine smells like a mix of fresh-cut philodendron leaves and Pep-so-dent (mild) mint toothpaste. Wow. Awesome. I like jasmine tea and jasmine rice, but this smells even better. It may be the new go-to! Also: (Elegance in black tin with w./vertical stripes = was the only one we were not so enthused about; yeah, it is unisex I guess but I agree with most others: the Elegance smells a bit like an older lady, but tolerable, just odd.)

The jasmine one smells like old lady perfume, unfortunately. I love jasmine but this doesn't really smell like jasmine. It smells like a really really old perfume. Someone else mentioned this and I should have listened.

Smells great but it came damaged. Powder all over in the bag.
