Does anyone know what size gauge wire cable fit?

Basically it depends if you have a longer cable run than usual, some setups require long cable runs, 6 AWG will do fine at longer runs, I have the 3 output and less than 3 feet cable runs so I get away with pure copper 10 AWG which is rated up to 35 amps each, is up to your situation I would say but it saved me a few bucks.

What all information can be seen on the app with the ip22?

It will show voltage and current status, graph and setting as charger or as power supply.

if smart phone goes dead can i change settings at the charger instead of using bluetooth?

No there are not any switches on it that can be adjusted. it needs to be connected to another device via Bluetooth to open up settings.

Hi, this product is Protected against overheating Output current will reduce as temperature increases up to 50 °C, but the Blue Smart Charger will not fail.
