Dont listen to moaners, yes they arent actual chewy chews. But you do chew them. They are strawberry flavour and i think they're nice. But even if u dnt think they're nice tasting then who cares because after a few chomps u just swallow and thts them down the hatch. I really do think people can be really pathetic these days hahaha !! These are a great fast way to get Creatine in you super fast instead of making a shake-up drink, u just chew a couple of these and your ready to rock. Very convenient to take with you places too as u just put 5 in your bag or pocket and away you go. Ive done loads of research and the reccomended does is 6 chews a day which is 5g of Creatine. But 3g is the minimum you need to get benefits of it. Personally i take 5 chews. Each chew is 0.83g of Creatine. So 5 chews is a smidgin iver 4g of Creatine. This will make your Creatine chews last 20 days giving you a few extra days and also still giving you a good average dose of the stuff. It defo works. Ive been using for 2 months now, its not going to turn u into superman, but you'll notice performance levels go up. My morning runs i can do 6 mile now instead of ny usual 5. I do 20 lengths instead of 15 on my rest days at the swimming. My bench presses are now 50kg and i was struggling to get over mid 40kg before.

I have been consistently going gym and decided to start creatine. I decided with this product and luckily I did. Its very tasty and convenient. Package says to take 6 tablets (5 grams) but studies show that you really need 3 grams of creatine (4 tablets) per day compared to 5 grams per day (they do the same amount of performance but taking 3 means I get to use the product more). So I took 2 tablets before going gym and 2 after leaving gym. Within the month of taking it, 50kg bench was my max.... now its my warm up (max of making this review is around 65kg). 70kg was my max on deadlift... now its my warmup and I can rep out 100kg...etc. I love this product.

Since Creatine Monohydrate is basically about as soluble and as palatable as chalk dust I was intrigued to find out how VOW Nutrition might have incorporated it into these Creatine Chews but in a way they haven't really. They're not really chews, at least they're not chewy, and are basically a hard(ish) sweet made from Creatine powder sweetened with Dextrose and sweetener - and they're fine. The Strawberry flavour is pretty good and if you can deal with the chalky texture they're actually quite moreish and sticking to the recommended 6-per-day dose is a minor challenge. Of course they're a very pricey way to take Creatine compared to the loose powder, but they're also a lot more convenient and you don't need a drink to help them down. If you want to enjoy a dose of Creatine on your way to the gym then they'll work well, but they're a bit powdery so you'll need to carry them in something or take the whole jar with you. More than anything they remind me of Dextrosol tablets (now called Dextro Energy apparently) except instead of just getting a sugar-boost of Dextrose you're also getting a boost of Creatine.

Great taste, easy to consume, great on the go - do the job very well. Also recently tried the mint ones which are very very good too (if a bit better than the strawberry)! Just be aware they are not exactly 'chews' as you might expect, more a powdered tablet than a chewy sweet but for me it makes no difference, arguably quicker to consume in this form anyway and they break down super easy

The creatine chews have a horrible taste, resembling medicine and paint. They are easy to chew, but the unpleasant flavor may deter repeat purchases. On the positive side, they are sports informed certified, indicating good creatine quality.

Just received it today as I ran out of my other creatine, and I love the taste - usually the powder creatines I take I would dread every morning as It leaves a horrendous aftertaste and the taste is too much when having to take a shot of very strong concentrated creatine powder. I assume you can just take them throughout the day so the taste is not too overwhelming either having to take 6 whole tablets at once. It’s great 🙂

So I’ve heard people say taking creatine is just a placebo etc, but when I took a break from this product and tried a cheaper version from MyProtein, I felt the difference. I came back to Vow creatine chews and honestly after a week of taking them my performance got better again .
