My volume and PR's on RDL, barbell rows, pull-ups, chin-ups have all increased measurably without waiting for my forearms or grip to catch up to heavier pulls. Solid and easy to get accustomed to. Only thing I dislike is velcro has a bit of a flap that keeps catching on ring and worried it will start to peel after more use.

Die Versa Gripps in der Grรถรe Regular bzw. L (MED/LG) passen sehr gut und รผberzeugen durch eine wirklich hochwertige Verarbeitung. Die Qualitรคt ist hervorragend und auch optisch machen sie einen sehr starken Eindruck. Besonders bei Pull-รbungen zeigen sie ihre Stรคrken (man steigert die Gewichte) und bieten einen spรผrbaren Vorteil beim Training. Aber auch bei Push-รbungen sind sie sehr angenehm zu tragen und schรผtzen zuverlรคssig die Sehnen an der Hand. Insgesamt ein sehr durchdachtes und hochwertiges Produkt, das ich uneingeschrรคnkt empfehlen kann.
