This is a miracle product! I’M GETTING THIS IN EVERY COLOR
I took a chance never expecting these results. The solution is like tar. That’s precisely what I had in mind before I stumbled on this product. I had no idea this was exactly what I visioned. I had to apply three coats and did what the manufacturer suggested by wiping the dried area lightly with alcohol to give it a textured look. I did that after 30 minutes otherwise it would have removed the entire application. I used an alcohol pad (mine was a generic wipe used for medical use found in any store). This thinned the dried solvent and I then pressed my finger hard into the area, lifting my finger slowly and pressing again slowly to dull the finish and give it a matte and leather texture to match my defective guitar case. The 3 images I took was a (1) BEFORE , (2) ONE COAT and a (3) FINAL THIRD COAT look after the alcohol rub. The camera light makes the repair look more apparent than in person. Trust me, this thing looks like it was never damaged! I LOVE IT and I know you will too.

I was apprehensive about trying this, but...nice surprise.
I had 4 to 5 hairline cracks in a leather chair. It was a very expensive chair which I have had for 20 years. The cracks were on the seat. I was afraid anything I might do would make it worse since the leather was cracked but the inside backing was in tact. I tried this product a couple weeks ago and wow; the cracks won't be noticed by anyone but me (because I know their location). I used a wooden skewer to stir the product and to apply it. I followed the directions about cleaning the area and I applied two very thin coats. It required wiping the excess but other than that it was an easy job. It is a remarkable product for the project I had. It truly dries quickly although I waited about an hour to check it and applied the second coat the following day. It is a wonderful product if you apply it carefully.

Easy to use. Beware it is shiny black!
this was as advertised. Unfortunately it is shiny black and not matte (but i knew that). I used for a very tiny rip (3mm in length) but the edges did not approximate. I thought if i keep reapplying it would fill up and make even- nope. The instructions state to fill the hole with something and then apply. I finally considered electrical tape and applied this over top (cut to fit just inside the tear). Much better outcome. I can't figure out how to apply texture to the finished look- i tried paper towel, i tried press and seal which is textured, fabric blotting. I think i might be too impatient and don't let it dry enough first. For my project, this didn't really hide the tear (which most people might not have noticed) but i do hope that it will prevent further ripping in either direction. Very easy to apply. Not very malodorous. Easy to clean off hands. I used a toothpick to apply.

Go with a heat-cured solution, not this one.
I've used other vinyl repair solutions and this one is not very good. It's still sticky in places after several days and I'll have to go back over it with a better product. I stirred thoroughly since it had been sitting unused for a long time, cleaned the area with soap and water, waited until it was completely dry, and applied in several thin coats a few hours apart, but it's still tacky around the edges. The parts where it fully cured look decent, but heat-cured is the way to go. I'm ordering some 3M repair that I've used successfully in the past to fix the issues this one created.Edit: After attempting to get in touch with the manufacturer for advice on fixing the mess this product made, I've lowered my rating to one star since they've not responded.

IMPRESSIVE VINYL REPAIR PRODUCT
I'm impressed. I've applied two coats now. Here is my take on it:Apply multiple coats. It's just a liquid that dries and secures small rips or tears on your vinyl. In my case, I'm repairing sofa arms that are worn by sun damage. I found that covering the entire arm is better as it creates a blend-in scenario so that it looks like it all matches..... It's very shinny though.......Allow a full 24 hours for it to cure and dry before applying the next coat. You'll probably need more than one bottle but I'd suggest you order just one and then see how it works for your needs. My plan is to complete six (6) coats. Then we'll see how durable it is.

Good stuff!
This liquid leather has saved me a bunch of money. I have used it to repair my seat and the passenger seat on my motorcycle. It's not hard to apply, and it dries relatively quickly. I put it on a small tear that was trying to grow. It filled the hole and stopped the tear from growing. Good stuff!

Durable, easy to use
So easy to use, and produced GREAT results on a black movie theater seat. We had a smaller tear, but wanted to catch it before it turned into something substantial. It's been holding for about three months now, so I can attest to the durability with three kids constantly sitting on the chairs. Nothing has moved, looks just like the day I did the repair. I can't speak to a huge repair--but I can say that the small tear is hardly noticeable and I would absolutely buy this again.

This stuff is amazing!!
I rarely write reviews but I was very impressed with this product. My cat clawed up a leather Coach suitcase. I called every leather repair shop in my area and no one could fix it. I then purchased this product. It arrived within two days. It was extremely easy to use and really made a huge difference in my suitcase. You can barely tell there was any damage at all to the suitcase and given the fact that my cat really did a number on the suitcase, that is saying alot. Highly recommend!!!!
