Can the battery be replaced? If so, how do I get the back off?

I have no idea about the battery. I also feel that this would not be a concern for you as the watch will break long before the battery would need to be replaced. It's a very cute watch and definitely a conversation piece, but it is very cheaply made and you will only get a few wears out of it before the strap breaks. The great thing is that you could purchase the watch for less than 4 bucks, I'm not sure how much watch batteries cost but I would most likely purchase a new watch before purchasing a new battery.
