This was recommended to me for sleep. Difficulty sleeping for years. No trouble getting to sleep but cannot stay asleep. This works well but I have found with time it is less effective. I still wake up but tend to be able to go back to sleep easier. Nice the dose can be repeated and I find that very helpful. Have not tried it during the day for anxiety.

I've been suffering for months from anxiety-related heart palpitations, the most troublesome of many annoying physical symptoms... I've tried many different remedies to no avail. Two different naturopaths have recommended this product to me, and a third has highly recommended Wise Woman Herbals products in general. This definitely helps me with sleep problems without leaving any morning-after grogginess.

I like this product because it is natural and when I use it, it is very relaxing and sleep comes so easily and so natural.When I wake up in the morning, I feel alert and wide awake and not drugged out. This was suggested by a doctor to help with my son's anxiety. I used a dropper full in a bottle of water and within a short time, my son was much calmer. It didn't make him groggy or sleepy, just cut the edge.
