It didnt work for me..I wear makeup and the makeup breaks it down. I returned it.

What is the best way to use this with makeup?

I wouldn’t use it with makeup. I use it without concealer / foundation. I’ve found that these types of temporary wrinkle erasers, for me, if mixed with makeup won’t work as intended. After applying the product & letting it dry as instructed if it gets wet the moisture / wetness compromises the integrity of the Insta-firm, wrinkle erasers. That is my experience though. I hope you have better luck. I can say that the Insta-firm does work to hide my under eye wrinkles, bags, & some discoloration.
