The loofah is white. When in natural state it is creamy biege. If it has been whitened it is not as effective as the natural rough surface which cleans you body so well. Less itching as dead skin cells are rubbed off.

These are top shelf, A#1 loofahs on a stick! I had ordered loofahs several years ago and they were pathetically small (not this seller and it must have been a bad year for growing loofas.) These are full-sized and nice and stiff. You won't go wrong ordering these!! Additional note: these loofahs are stiff just as they should be..... Update: I last purchased in July, 2025. I have Grover's Disease on my back making it very itchy. I am a very hard user and in December, the loofah detached. I reglued it with Titebond #3; I would rather have used Weldwood contact cement but didn't have any. Wanted to show that these loofahs CAN be restored.....

The product was as ordered and is still secured to handle with no deterioration so far.

Work well. Being tall the handle could have been longer. Expensive but work very well.

Love these loofahs! I keep one in the shower to get wet and clean the back, and then one is always kept dry for a little bit of dry exfoliation. This is a great value! The handle is long enough to get everywhere on my back legs and feet. The loofah is a perfect large size. When I took them out of the bag, there was a chemical odor which I think is from the handle. Aired out quickly. The heads do not slip off the handle.
