Love the powder form; this does help with dosing. Also, the powder is easy to mix in with juice, tea, water, or any other beverage. I've noticed since I've been taking this daily, first thing in the morning, my mood is improved and I do sleep better. It is best taken with caffeine, but I find it works without it too. I decided to try this product after drinking a matcha tea latte and feeling euphoric; turns out, matcha tea is high in l-theanine and caffeine. I definitely recommend!

It is a potent extract. A little amount will go a long way. After using this, I feel energetic and relaxed whether I work at office or in the gym. It has improved my mood and now I don't get irritated or agitated easily.

I had no idea that L-theanine helped with anxiety or stress. I have always used Now brand of vitamins and have always had great success. The L-theanine is no different. Has worked wonderfully and I have never have to question the quality.

I put the powder in my morning coffee. Dissolve it in about 3oz of hot coffee, stir really good with a fork, then pour in the rest of my coffee. I also use lion’s mane powder with this. It seems to be effective. No side effects
