These bras are great! I'm generally a bra hater, but I now wear these almost every day and keep coming back to buy more colors. I love the "hug" fit and that they are supportive enough for my needs (active walking, hiking, etc.) but I don't do super intense workouts so I can't comment on that. They don't bunch or roll like other sports bras I've tried - these basically stay in place all day. The crossed back keeps the straps from falling down my shoulders and the little pad inserts are thick enough for modesty but thin enough to be discreet and not add bulk. My only complaint (which isn't even really worth mentioning because it won't stop me from wearing these bras) is that the chest strap of my car seatbelt won't nestle and stay "in between" anymore like it would with my underwire bras. But I'm not going back to that -- I love these so much!!

The bra feels very natural to have on. As a volleyball player this is great for moving around quickly. I'm 5'11" 235 lbs and a 2X fits well. I will say that it's not a bra I could relax in as it does constrict the chest a bit and limits breathing. Still, this is a great option for very active people!

I needed this for yoga retreat and it arrived on time! It’s comfy, soft, breathable and well made!I am going to size up due to personal reasons but def recommend this if you’re looking for sports bras for fitness.It’s very similar to my Lulu and Victoria secret ones, which I had to part with after my BII surgery in April.If you’re contemplating getting this, just do it!You will be pleased!

I don't normally write reviews. Yes I am a real person, mother of 2 adult men and a teen. I am not bringing in the dough for this review. I have been a thick framed woman all my life. Blew up after having kids and staying at home. Started excersing this year, lost a lot of my fluff. I needed more support than my cheap name brand sports bras for my workouts. This bra holds me in so we'll and doesn't bunch up with my extra back fluff. It makes me feel sexy and very supported. I want to abandon wearing regular bras for wearing this one every day and for every outfit. This can be worn without a shirt but I prefer to wear muscle shirts with it. Hope this helps.

This is a pretty good sports bra. The back straps are flattering, but thick enough that you don't have to deal with untangling them constantly. I also like that the insert cups stay in place and don't move around throughout your workout. The support here is probably overkill if you're just doing yoga or weightlifting, but it's been a great bra for my short-distance running workouts.My only complaint is that the sizing was off. I'm a 34D, so I bought a medium as recommended - it was insanely tight! The back straps rode up almost to my neck and I had to fight for my life to get out of the thing. I sized up to a large, and it fits much better, but I honestly could've gone up a size again to an XL.

The sizing turned out basically exactly as expected. It's very difficult for me to find a wireless compression-style bra that fits, since I wear a 34I/36H in normal bras. I bought the XL in this and the band fits perfectly, but the bust is VERY squished and makes the band roll, and squishes out the top and sides. But the compression is good enough and it's comfortable enough that I can lounge in it. Maybe, if I'm daring, even do some light yoga. Maybe walk the dog. Probably nothing more strenuous than that, though.

I typically wear a size medium in everything but I do have a very small chest. If that sounds like you I’d probably get a size smaller than you think otherwise it won’t provide the compression and support you need

This is my favorite sports bra I have ever owned. It keeps the girls in place and nice and tight while I exercise. My only complaint is that it is a little tight on my shoulders and I will start to get a headache if I wear it too long.
