Does it or does it not fit the 33.8 ounce plastic monin bottles?

Yes it fits but I would purchase these from the official Monin website. Cheaper and they have both 1 liter and .75 liter pumps available. Also their syrups are cheaper than on Amazon!

Does these pump come with the tip cover and do they fit the glass bottle?

This is for the 1 litre plastic bottle. For the smaller glass bottle, you need to get the pump that says for 750ml bottle. (25.4oz bottle)

Only received one, not a set of three?

It says "pack of 3". When I ordered mine, I received all three.

Do they work with Monin Puree bottle?

No they are too small and fall in the bottle. I purchased these for the purée bottles and they are too small to twist on

Great quality for the price! Fit perfectly, the white color is sleek looking. I love that they came with caps and I haven’t had any issues with them clogging. They do not leak and are reusable. Very simple to wash.

Great for my coffee stand syrups. They were easy to put together and use. None of my pumps had issues or damage. I have washed and reused these as I go through New bottles of syrup. I wish they were a dark color instead of white but that's cosmetic preference
