Q: Annyone try using this with a Kindle HD? Will the Magnetospeed app work on it?

If the xfr app is in the amazon appstore it should, sorry i haven't tried...from your phone works just fine though and you can email results from the app to review later. Definite must have if you have this mag speed!!

I have not personally used the V3 chronograph but I do have the Sporter and the XFR. The XFR and the smart phone holds shot data for the last 15 or 20 shots I cannot remember, you get individual velocity, avg velocity and standard deviation. The XFR works great for the most part, the connection is sensitive to plugs rotating in their sockets, you get data errors sometimes if you move the phone and control box around but you dont lose the data it just wont display properly. I have used the magnetospeed and other chronographs and i think the magnetospeed with the xfr box is probably the best option for a quality and more budget oriented chronograph, its not that much more than a typical optical chronograph and does not suffer from any of the issues the older designs have,.

Q: Will this work for Samsung note 4?

Not sure about the Note4, but i have a samsung s6 and it works fine. Sometimes one must fiddle with the volume on the phone to attenuate the adjustment of the magnetospeed but it works well.

Q: Will this work with MagnetoSpeed V2?

I believe it only works with the V3 or Sporter models
